Coupling

Coupling is not switched off (the control lever of RKPP is not transferred freely to position of the reverse gear and back at the coupling pedal which is squeezed out to a floor)

  1. Leaks in hydraulic system of coupling take place. Check a condition of the main and executive cylinders and all hydraulic lines (The head Stsepleniye and the transmission line).

Coupling revolves (turns of the engine raise without increase in speed of the movement of the car)

  2. The clutch plate was not earned extra properly. For final extra earnings of a new disk from 30 to 40 normal starts of the car can be required.

At inclusion of coupling there is a strong vibration

  1. The clutch plate is greasy. Remove coupling (The head Stsepleniye and the transmission line) and check a condition of its components. Eliminate all revealed leaks.
  2. Support of the engine or the check point are worn-out or their fastening weakened. These blocks can move slightly at coupling switching off. Check a condition of support and bolts of their fastening (The head the Line six-cylinder engine).

Squeal or roar arise at full switching off of coupling (the pedal is squeezed out)

  2. Springs (or diaphragm petals) a press disk in a coupling basket are worn-out or damaged (The head Stsepleniye and the transmission line).

The pedal of coupling remains squeezed out to a floor after its otpuskaniye

  1. Draft or the release bearing is jammed. Check a condition of draft, if necessary remove coupling components.
  2. Make sure that the pedal emphasis is established the correct type.
